With so many contractors in the field of interior decoration & finishing works in the Egyptian market, we decided to start ECCA in 2003. ECCA is determined to provide first class service and outstanding performance and delivery for those clients who favor quality, integrity, and organized project management.

Architectural Design

We excel in creating innovative architectural designs, be it for residential sites like apartments or villas, or commercial sites like administrative buildings, hospitals & medical venues, retail, or entertainment venues. We provide flexibility for our clients by offering multiple design ideas and collaborating with them to select the best most suitable option that satisfies our client’s needs without jeopardizing function and beauty.

Interior Design

Our interior design process starts with a detailed study of the site, its space and function; residential, administrative, medical, retail, or otherwise, as well as insightful understanding of the client’s style and preference. Accordingly, we offer various alternatives for the overall project design as well as a detailed interior design for every section.

Furniture and Equipment

we pride ourselves in being the one stop shop for all our clients’ interior design needs. As to furniture, we implement mobile furniture at a granular level or as sets for entire rooms, custom made as per our clients’ requirements and fitting their taste down to the minutest detail while maintaining originality and style. We also implement built-in furniture like dressing rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, or libraries.

Interior Fit-out & Contracting

We execute all types of fit-out solutions and interior decorations, We particularly specialize in turnkey jobs, delivering sites ready for operations with the tiniest details, This includes the procurement and fitting of marbles, ceramics, parquet, decorative false ceilings, cladding, wood work and curtain walls. In addition, we install and deliver MEP and HVAC works.

Landscape design

Exterior decoration is as much a part of the architectural design of the site as well as the interior designs while providing the perfect balance between softscape and hardscape. Among the grass, flowerbeds, trees, and palms, we artistically place rocks, walkways, fountains, or gazebos, as well as install swimming pools & Jacuzzis to the highest degree of quality and utmost professionalism.

Quantities surveyors

Manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. They seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
